Taameer Real Estate Investment Company KSCC was incorporated in the state of Kuwait.

  • Al Taameer Real Estate Investment Company KSC was established in 1978 as a closed Kuwaiti shareholding company with the primary objective of investing in the Kuwait real estate market. In 2004, Al Massaleh Real Estate Company (listed company in Kuwait Stock Exchange) acquired majority stake in Taameer and redirected its activities towards the hospitality sector.
  • In 2005, Taameer's capital was raised from an initial paid-up capital of KD 6million (US$22 million) to KD 20million (US$ 71million) via a Public Offering. The company is currently listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) with a paid-up capital of KD 24million (US$ 85million) and shareholder's equity of KD 25.7million (US$ 91million) as of Dec 31st 2012.
  • From 2006 onwards, Taameer made various direct investments but its primary investments have been in the hospitality sector in the MENA region. Taameer currently maintains a diverse range of operational projects and projects under development in the MENA region. Currently, the portfolio consists of 6 operational projects and 5 projects under development.
  • Taameer is classified as a real estate developer and an operator of hospitality projects (hotels, services apartments, health clubs/spas, and also food and beverage). The company also provides various services such as management services, technical assistance and franchise services.
  • Company's investments in the hospitality projects have been successful, well secured with a stable cash flow that achieves positive results for the company and to its stakeholders.
